Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During launches, holidays, or accounting busy season processing may take slightly longer.

Enjoy free U.S. shipping on all orders of $75 or more. Standard rates apply for orders below that threshold.

A tracking link will be emailed once your order ships. You can also track via the Shop app if you have an account.

Return & Exchange Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition.

How to Start a Return/exchange

Email us at hello@briellepriya.com with your order number and reason, and we'll guide you through the process.

We want you to love your Brielle Priya pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For your convenience, Brielle Priya can provide a prepaid return shipping label for $7, which will be deducted from your refund. Customers may also use their own shipping method if preferred.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Brielle Priya is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a different style or size? No problem!

At this time, Brielle Priya does not process direct exchanges. Instead, please return your original item following our return policy and place a new order for your desired piece.

This allows us to process orders quickly and ensures you receive the item you love as soon as possible.
